Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 July 2026
FLOW.EXE is a puzzle game operated by Ilya Nosovsky ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is short on purpose — we collect little and show no ads.
1 · Who we are
FLOW.EXE ("the app") is operated by Ilya Nosovsky, an independent developer. For any privacy question or request, contact imnosovsky@gmail.com.
2 · What we collect
- Account — when you sign in with your email (a one-time magic link) or with Google, we receive your email address. That is the only identifier tied to your account.
- Gameplay — your progress, solved levels, move counts, star ratings, achievements, and settings, so we can save and sync your game across devices.
- Feedback you send — 👍 / 👎 reactions and any comments you write about a level.
- Technical data — basic diagnostic and log information (such as app version and error logs) needed to run and debug the service.
3 · What we do NOT do
- No ads and no advertising SDKs.
- No third-party analytics, and no tracking of you across other apps or websites.
- We never sell or rent your data.
4 · Why we use it
To provide the game, save and sync your progress, respond to your feedback, and keep the service secure and working. For users in the EEA / UK, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the app and performing the service you asked for when you created an account.
5 · Who processes your data
We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under their own security terms:
- Supabase — database and authentication (stores your account and progress).
- Vercel — hosting for the website.
We do not share your data with anyone else.
6 · Data retention
We keep your data while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete the data associated with it.
7 · Your rights & choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data — email imnosovsky@gmail.com and we will handle it. Residents of the EEA, the UK, and California have additional rights (access, deletion, portability, objection); the same email address covers those requests.
8 · Children
FLOW.EXE is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
9 · Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
